You face the problem of halitosis / bad breath? This has always made us feel ashamed on talk to people. Try to practice any simple tips below to overcome halitosis / bad breath effectively.
- Take approximately 15 pieces of guava shoots or young leaves. Mash until fine and add to a glass filled with half of water. Add a pinch of salt and stir. Filter and take the water to wash your mouth 2-3 times a day. Practice always.

- Chew on a small piece of cinnamon every night before bed. Swallow water, husk removed. Practice every night.
