Believe it or not , foot health should also be taken seriously . The reason , the foot is one of the very important parts of the body . If the foot does not fit @ ill , then stunt movement and all other activities . Therefore, do not look easy in the health of your feet .

Here are 6 tips on how to keep fit feet .
1 . Monitor weight




Obesity is associated with ' osteoarthritis ( cartilage loss ) commonly affected knee and hip.To many or heavy load, can cause blood vessels in the legs swell ( varicose ) . Estimated that about one in three women suffer from blood vessels to dilate.





2 . Regularly walk



Walking is the best way to move the leg muscles and reduce fat in the body . Walked right way is to walk upright , flat and relaxed . Avoid walking bent as this will make your neck bent .






3 . lifting feet




Standing or sitting all day can cause feet and ankles to swell. Normally , while walking blood is pumped back to the heart. Therefore, lift your leg to the wall or other surface ( while sitting or while lying down ) is only 10 minutes a day can certainly help .



4 . Do stretching every day



Doing stretching target hip muscles , calf and tendon Achilles . " Try to stretch your legs every day after bathing in warm water .





5 . Wash your feet with cold water


Wash your feet with cold water can improve blood circulation . The athlete often soak their feet in ice at the end of weight training to reduce swelling and pain .




6 . Reduce wearing high heels

Most women do love high heels because it makes their appearance look more sexy & stylish . However , the application of this kind of shoes will cause changes in bone structure due to foot feet pushed into the front of a pointy shoes . As a result the rear leg bones grow and painful .
Maybe you did not know that high heel shoes can also cause internal problems of women as urinary incontinence due to changes in the structure of the hip !
